Service process

• Pre-order operation steps are as follows:

  01Make a SALES CONTRACT according to the customer's order quantity, price, payment and delivery time or other information.

  02Input the order information into the EPR system, print it out and send it to the technical department to calculate the unit consumption.

  03Urge the customer to collect the advance payment (if any), order accessories and other information according to the terms confirmed in the email.

  04The technical department shall verify the accuracy of the consumption and sign according to sample and other information, which shall be completed within 2 working days.

  05After obtaining the accurate unit consumption of the technical department,our salesman shall complete the system modification and submit it to the general manager for approval within 1 working day, and then print it out for signature by the general manager.

• The interim operation steps of the order are as follows:

  01Urge the progress of purchasing surface and auxiliary materials. If confirmation or test is needed, it shall be sent out about 20 days after the production order is made.

  02If PPS is needed, arrange the PPS as soon as the surface and auxiliary materials are completed (about 30 days after the bulk order is placed), make QC files, send out the sample clothes in time after completion, follow up the Suggestions, and feed back PPS opinions to the factory in time.

  03If it is a new style, we need to hold a prenatal meeting, and we need to explain the details and special points to the factory or QC to avoid problems.

• The operation steps of the final order are as follows:

  01The production manager shall confirm the production situation ,we may notice our customer about the delivery date one month in advance.

  02Apply for inspection one week before the end of production (if not, arrange booking space).

  03Make foreign exchange settlement documents after shipment.

  04Foreign exchange collection - order completion.
